For managing the artistic items of Golestan Gallery some rules are defined. These rules describe the ordering procedure:

- Online orders for the items of each exhibition starts only when the first day of the exhibition is finished. Therefore it is not possible to order any item before their status is changed from “Future exhibition” to “Current exhibition” and after the end of first date.

- The online orders for the current exhibition will be listed for the manager of Golestan Gallery based on date and time of the orders and the requester will be notified using email or phone. If you are not called or email within 3 days, it means that the item is already sold onsite or to an preceding online order.

- Visitors should consider that items from previous exhibitions may not be available at the moment. Showing the items on the website and letting the visitors to make orders does not guarantee the availability of the items for sale. These orders will be processed and potential buyer will be notified after consulting about the case with the artist and gallery administrators.

- If you were not able to locate the item you were looking for on website, it is possible to request it by filling the “Outside Gallery Order Form” and Golestan Gallery will does its best to deliver.
